GEI Plumbing Services is not liable for missed maintenance due to unscheduled appointments. Regular maintenance is essential to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your water heater.
By scheduling or receiving a maintenance flush, the customer acknowledges and agrees that GEI Plumbing Services is not liable for any damage to the water heater or related components that may occur as a result of existing system conditions, age, improper installation, manufacturer defects, corrosion, excessive sediment buildup, or lack of prior maintenance. The flush is a preventative maintenance service and does not guarantee performance, condition, or remaining lifespan of the unit.
Membership Billing & Renewal:
Customers may choose either monthly or yearly billing. All memberships are set to auto-renew. If a membership is canceled, it will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew thereafter. If the customer does not cancel prior to the renewal date, the membership will automatically renew. No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.
