Update 12/2025: We received contact stating they are under new management and trying to turn things around. We wish them luck. Increased the rating by one star for the effort put in by the new management.
Original post: The techs that came out installed a new hot water heater for us but didn't replace faulty valves nor did they install it correctly. They had multiple code violations and either caused a gas leak or didn't fix it (we just bought the house days before they installed the new tank). When we tried contacting the company back we didn't get any message or call from the tech. We had to call the office repeatedly. The office workers are nice enough but unhelpful. The manager still hasn't contacted us. We finally had to call another company to fix the leak because GEI waited weeks and still won't call us back. We are filing a BBB claim against them due to the safety issue and code violations.

We had Juan and Armando out today to repair a devastating pipe leak in our home, and we truly can’t say enough good things about them. From start to finish, they were efficient, kind, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain what was happening, worked quickly without cutting corners, and treated our home with care and respect during a very stressful situation. Their professionalism and calm demeanor made a huge difference, and the quality of their work was outstanding. We are extremely grateful for Juan and Armando and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, skilled plumbers.

Big thanks to GEI Plumbing Services for fixing the water leak in my home backyard, the problem had caused lots of water build up, making the job even more difficult to address but in a matter of a few hours Fernando and Giovanni were able to do what they do best. They left the area like nothing ever happened and I was one happy customer. My only drawback was the price, I paid a total of $1025.00 I felt like it was a bit much but again I’m not an expert in the matter so I really don’t know if I would’ve gotten a better deal elsewhere. All I cared about was getting the job done, so yeah thanks again guys!

First off, they called, they were on time, and he put shoe covers on before stepping into my house...very impressed with this.
He came in and fixed my hot water tank regulator within in 1 hour, had it changed, cleaned up and gone. I will use them again if needed, and I highly recommend this company as they are also fair in price. I dont remember the employees name, but I couldn't have had any better, polite, explained what he needed to do and went right to work. Thank you for fixing my tank so quickly! Now I gotta go shower! 😅😅

Tech showed up on time and was very courteous. Though the task at hand was tedious he showed total control and courtesy until the task was complete.
The service was great, what kept this from a 5 star was the 35 minute wait to receive paperwork I had to sign before the job got started. I do understand everyone has policies but when time is critical I can't sit around for a slow process. All that being said, I will use this company again overall great experience.

The owner of the company took the time to call me to see what he might be able to do to improve his service. We chatted a few minutes and I felt he is very genuine in his efforts to find solutions instead of making excuses, and is open to changing things to make it better. I have a high level of respect for someone who can do that because it seems more and more that folks just don't want to better themselves. Keep doing what you're doing, more success awaits you. So I have evaluated my review and changed my rating because of this.

We had GEI swap out a couple silver shower towers for a couple matt black water towers that did a little more water action. They had to do some adjustments because none of these products are the same measurements. Great job done by Juan and Daniel...it was done in a timely manner.

They responded promptly to my call and were able to replace my leaky pipe right away. The technician was helpful, fast, and courteous. He not only fixed my leaky pipe, but he also offered me some great tips on how to keep it from happening again in the future! I heartily endorse GEI Plumbing Services if you require a plumber or any other kind of service.

With GEI Plumbing Services, we had a wonderful experience. Within 24 hours after our initial call, they were able to come out and clear several drains for us. The plumber was helpful and quick. He even provided us with advice on how to maintain clean drains in the future. Overall, we were very satisfied with their service and would suggest them to anyone else looking for a great plumber!

We had a great experience with GEI Plumbing Services. We called them for some drain cleaning and they were able to come out within 24 hours of our call. The plumber was friendly and efficient. He even gave us tips on how to keep drains clean in the future! Overall, we were really happy with the service we got from them, and would recommend them to anyone else looking for a great plumber!

GEI Plumbing did a truly great job. He was on time and quick to find the problem with the leaky pipe. He went out and purchased the pump and came back and installed it without any problems. In addition, he also graciously fixed another pipe that was in sub optimal condition. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I'd most definitely recommend him to anyone and will certainly call him again if I need plumbing assistance. In addition, he provides a one year warranty - so it definitely is a great option!!

Evan and his crew replaced the water line from the street into the house and from the water main through the ceiling to the water heater. Evan answered all of my questions and went out of his way to help me understand the scope of the work and figured out a way to minimize cost and repairs. He was exceptionally decent, hard working and his crew did an excellent job - I wish I would've called him years ago! When my mother needed a plumber we contacted Evan again and she was completely pleased with both his work and courteous service. It's not often to see such admirable work ethic these days. I am 100% delighted with the work done.

Our need was to have a new faucet set installed on an older Caesar stone sink surface in a bathroom. Once the work got started, it was discovered that the holes for the tap sleeves were a wee bit too small, and they needed to be reamed out. Once that was done by a stone cutter, the installers returned to complete the installation of the faucet set. A small leak was subsequently discovered, which was then very quickly remedied. The connection is now working perfectly. It was three trips for the guys at GEI Plumbing Services of Houston, but they were very polite, left the job site clean, and were happy to return, even though I'm sure they wished they could have done it all in one trip! No extra charges were incurred. I am pleased to recommend them, and I will be happy to call them again for our plumbing needs.

Clark and his team are all awesome! I have used them several times and each time they impress me with their professionalism and excellent quality work. We used them recently for several planned and unplanned plumbing jobs and they responded quickly, were very effective in the repairs, client service focused, efficient and incredibly clean and tidy!! They were also knowledgable about rebate programs and even helped fill out the necessary paperwork. I also appreciated Clark's honest and integrity -- unlike others we had dealt with in the past--Clark never tried to oversell services; he was honest about which changes would provide the best value. Really appreciated this honesty and integrity!! Would not hesitate to use again and to recommend!

Peter and his excellent assistant Clark had done several pretty major work ( the 3 listed + a couple of others ) at our house, over a period of about 3 years. His work has been well executed, timely and most importantly, problem free. He has been very good at a few minor adjustments that we needed to do to improve on his installations, all complimentary. This company has become our go-to place for plumbing issues. I will not hesitate to recommend him and his crew .

I saw this service online, I messaged, not expecting to get a response so quickly, but yes, it was real. GEI Plumbing Services of Houston performed several works for us. We bought a new house, and there was a need for plumbing work in the kitchen and bathroom. They made it on time. They were very professional, responsive, and hardworking. They were clean and left the place spotless. They were considerate. They worked hard to get both jobs done in one day! We are highly glad about the level of service.

I wanted a clean job and not to need to have a contractor coming after the plumber to complete repairs and with this company I was able to have all done in one stop shop.
I had a new tankless hot water system installed by GEI plumbing services and could not be happier with the end result. Jared did a fantastic job of explaining what I should expect with the install as well as operation of the unit. Everything was done very fast and it looks great! He has also been very responsive to my follow up questions as well. I would absolutely recommend him for any plumbing job.
Guy was amazing. We called him when our water heater was leaking. He came to our house within 40 minutes. We got the heater here the same night. He returned the next morning and did the install as it was late. We have new carpet and he was very cautious to cover where he was working to not get anything on the carpet. I would surely use him again for any other plumbing need.
Very awesome! The woman that answer phones and scheduled me was exceptionally friendly and made sure to make me feel like I was a very valued customer. One tech came out personally and got everything fixed immediately! Was right on time and did great work on both of my toilets. Highly recommend! Much cheaper than other quotes I got and great work.

Ido was the perfect gentleman. He assessed my project and gave me the utmost professionalism and service.
